Restart and check.

It looks like the powershell script is missing a " at the end of the start script I added that in still the 2d script throws the post-obit error

I capeesh your time getting dorsum to this thread, If the event persists, perform Repair Upgrade, it will repair and supervene upon any corrupted organization files.
Step 1: Download Media Creation Tool from Microsoft.

Click "Download Tool Now"
Step ii: Run MediaCreationTool.exe.
Step 3: Choose "Upgrade this PC at present".
Footstep four: Select "Keep personal files and apps".
Step v: Let it install
Restart in one case done and check.

Skilful 24-hour interval Xonjones,
If issue persists even after repair install, you lot may consider to perform clean installation, save all your important files in a external drive to preclude whatever data lost and proceed with clean installation.
